1. Create the Campaign

Enter your team, Shootathon date, deadlines and fundraising goal.

2. Invite & Approve Players

Share your team invitation directly from PLEDGESHOT using Share, Text, Email, Copy Link, Show/Share QR or Print QR. Players register from the invitation; review registrations and approve participating players.

3. Players Share Their Pledge Pages

Each approved player receives a personal pledge page and QR code. Players can share directly from PLEDGESHOT using Share, Text, Email, Copy Link or Show/Share QR. Monitor progress from the Coach area.

4. Set Up Event-Day Screens

Coach/Scoring Screen: operates the Shootathon. Public Live Display: phone-friendly results. PLEDGESHOT ARENA™: large-screen gym presentation.

5. Start & Score

Start the Shootathon, select the active player and record every attempt using MAKE or MISS. Use correction/undo if an entry is wrong.

6. Close Each Player

When a player finishes all attempts, use Close/Finish Player to finalize their results, including Best Streak and pledge value where applicable.

7. End the Shootathon

After every completed player has been finalized and results have been reviewed, use End Shootathon for the entire event.

Remember: Routine Coach and Player sharing uses the user's own device rather than PLEDGESHOT's paid messaging backend. PLEDGESHOT tracks pledges; your organization collects pledged funds using its preferred collection method.
